GUANGZHOU, China — The Guangzhou Construction Machinery Industry Association organized an executive delegation to visit Sime CEL Machinery (Guangdong) Company Limited ("Sime CEL"), the sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar across South China, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, and Macau. Mr. Zhenhui Lei, Founder and General Manager of Guangzhou Jiarui Seals Co., Ltd. (JR Seal), attended the exchange alongside association leaders and key industry executives.
The visit focused on industry transformation, aftermarket supply chain integration, technical quality benchmarks, and collaborative global expansion for construction machinery parts.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Sime CEL leadership, including He Su, General Manager of CI Industry; Guo Jianfa, Senior General Manager of Governmental & Asset Management Affairs; and Gan Xianliang, General Manager for Guangdong and Hainan Provinces.
During the symposium, both parties explored the evolving demands of heavy machinery fleets and the critical role of high-reliability spare parts:
